Flagging

We will do our best to flag the course as clearly as possible with bright colors and directional signs at key intersections, and will brief the racers on our flagging color/methods before the race, but please familiarize yourself with the updated course map and profile beforehand!

Spectating

While the best spectating option for this race is probably to head up into the high country along the course and enjoy the wildflowers among the racers, we do have a couple spectating suggestions based on difficulty:

Easy:

  • The Start/Finish offers great spectating, and you can also head to the top of the free Gondola and walk down Telluride Trail to where the course comes down the ski resort, then retunring to ride back down the Gondola

Strenuous:

  • Hike up Bear Creek along the course to the intersection of the Wasatch trail where the 30K course first intersects the 10 Mile course.
